I have learned over the past year to truly appreciate what I have. The Lord has shown me that it is not what you have in life, it is who you are in the Lord Jesus Christ. I am beginning to understand after over 40 years as a child of God, He truly provides all that I need and that He is my constant companion. I am thankful every day for the prescence of the Holy Spirit and the Lord Jesus Christ within me. I am trying to look at the events of each day from the Lords perspective, whether it be at work or in the marketplace. As I grow older, I am even more thankful for even the little things, the trees, the flowers, the sky and all of Gods creation, I believe that if is time in this world of conflict, hardship and violence that we take a step backwards and be thankfful for all that God gives us,
